For travellers buying in Gibraltar and intending to import into the EU   200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 gms of tobacco 2 litres still table wine 1 litre of spirits or strong liqueurs over 22% volume or 2 litres of fortified wine sparkling wine or other liquers 60cc/ml perfume 250cc/ml toilet water 171.30€ worth of other goods including gifts and souvenirs. (Over this amount charges have to be paid on the full value, not just on the value above 171.30€)   If you are travelling as a family or group, you cannot pool your individual allowances towards one item worth more than the limit. You will have to pay charges on the full value.
