| The Consumers Office in Torremolinos is warning people to beware of a new fraud in which they receive a telephone call with a recorded message telling them they have won a big cash prize. The message tells the recipient to phone another number which begins with 903 or 906, but these are lines with expensive call costs in which the caller is kept waiting or kept talking because the owner of the line receives part of the cost of the call. |
